Mr Whitton set the standards on what it is to be a good neighbor he looked out for our family over many years and I hope he felt the love and appreciation I had for him. As I tried to return it over the last few yrs he was loved and will be missed God bless

I just learned of the passing of Mr. Whitton. Dewey was a wonderful neighbor for close to 45 years. I will always remember his quiet demeanor, yet was always first with a smile and a wave of the hand as he and Sylvia drove down the street past our house. This man was a true gentleman and will be missed. My condolences to the entire Whitton Family. - Mark, Debbie, Grace, Sr. Katherine and Theresa Roberts.

So very sorry , Jeff, about the loss of your father. Jim knew him well and thought very highly of him. They worked together often.
He said your dad was very bright and capable and always had a smile on his face.
Once again, our sympathies.
Odile and Jim

I send my condolences to everyone. So many memories from our hunting camp years. Every time I open a photo album, old stories emerge. I was delighted the day Jim and Mary stopped by at camp a couple years ago with Dewey and Sylvia. Hoping there is strength found in the full life he lived. Rest easy...
