Obituary of Scott Brian Crum

Scott B. Crum Granville, NY – Scott Brian Crum, age 54, passed away on September 13, 2021, following a hard-fought battle with cancer. Scott was born on September 22, 1966, in Glens Falls, NY the son of Arthur H. and Esther A. (VanGuilder) Crum. Scott enjoyed hunting and camping. He shot pool in many area pool leagues throughout the years. He was also known to spend a few hard-earned dollars betting on horses. Scott could be spotted at many locations throughout the area, painting houses or businesses. He was in demand. He had a strong work ethic which was the basis for building his painting business. More than anything he wanted to succeed at what ever he did. One of Scott's proudest accomplishments was 20 years sober. He was proud of the battle he fought to overcome his addiction and to be a source of inspiration for others. Scott was predeceased by his parents, and several siblings. He is survived by his children Michelle Juckett, Rebecca Rivers and Scott Crum. Scott was blessed with seven grandchildren. He loved his family who will miss him dearly: Dale Crum, Karen York, Art Stone, Lyman Andrews (Pam) and Gloria McKeighan. And a special niece Oaklynn Wilson and Laura Mears.
