I have great memories of Mrs. Race as our Cub Scout Den Mother with a den of rowdy knuckleheads that were destined for reform school. She handled us with great care and understand always ensuring our success with our weekly projects. My condolences to Mike, Steve, Maryann & Tommy and thanks for sharing her with the rest of us. To this day, I remember her nickname derived from the TV Show "Combat" and it still makes me smile.
